Book Review - Brass Dragon Codex

By: R.D. Henham

And her assistant – Rebecca Shelly

Brass Dragon Codex is a wonderful fantasy filled with plenty of action and adventure for everyone from child to adult. R.D. Henham does a phenomenal job at bringing the characters to life in this tale about an over talkative dragon, seeking to make a friend, and a gnome determined to make his life long quest a reality.

From the first page, I was hooked. Who wouldn’t love a quirky little dragon that not only talks to inanimate objects, but gives those same objects a voice in order to take away some of his loneliness? This well written story drew me right in. As the story progressed, I found myself so deeply involved with the enchanting tale, that I lost track of time. That’s a big plus to me.

Before reading Brass Dragon Codex, I was concerned that I wouldn’t be able to follow the story because I’d only read one other book from the Dragon Codices Series. Such was not the case. This book absolutely stands on its own. Whether you’re a devoted fan, devouring every volume of the series or a new reader of R.D. Henham, you and your kids will enjoy this lighthearted adventure.

  1. Hi this is Kyani, your favorite brass dragon. I'm glad you liked my story. I lose track of time too. Sometimes I start a conversation and the next thing I know it's two weeks later. I don't understand how that happens. Rebecca says to tell you thanks for the great review.
