REVIEW: 4 1/2 STARS
~By C.K. Bryant

Although REBOUND is a stand alone novel, I understand that it shares some of the same characters as Heather's first book, THE BALL'S IN HER COURT.
I haven't had the luxury to read Heather's first book, but I've hear rave reviews about it and after finishing Rebound, I can see why. For me, the characters seemed to jump off the page. I loved Lily. In the story, Lily finds out that her husband is keeping secrets from her, the kind of secrets that land him in jail and leave her alone. As she tries to put her life back together, she discovers things about herself that give her the strength to move on, finding love where she least expects.

We also meet Curtis, who's searching for answers about his past and his birth parents. What he finds is not what he suspects, adding a twist to an already gripping plot.

For me, this book had everything I want in a good read. Great characters. Incredible voice. Just the right amount of suspense and intrigue, and of course, that romantic element we all love. I highly recommend REBOUND and have already put THE BALL'S IN HER COURT on my summer reading list. Can't wait to find out more about these wonderful characters.

Heather is having a great giveaway on her blog from June 21st through June 25th. Go HERE to find out more about it.
